“Based on several accounts, potential guests might face abrupt cancellations, sometimes justified by questionable reasons like invalid card details or uninhabitable rooms, even close to the check-in date; this can leave travellers stranded and scrambling for alternatives, regardless of their circumstances. It's worth considering these reports before booking, as they point to a risk of disrupted plans.”

Romantic Getaway by the Thames
smooth arrival amazing view fridge amenity clean bathroom
I appreciated the simple check-in instructions.. they made arrival smooth after a long journey. The location offers amazing views of Canary Wharf. It feels special to wake up to that sight. The room had a fridge and tea and coffee amenities, which helped with morning routines. The bathroom was very clean.
The walls felt a bit thin. I could hear occasional footsteps from other guests.

The room included sofas and provided ample space. A wonderful river view enhanced the ambiance, contributing to a nice stay. I really loved that location and room.

a quiet escape by the water!
soft bed clean room good location
i really appreciated the cleanliness of the room. the bed was especially soft, i fell asleep instantly. it also had everything i needed for my stay. the location was very convenient with a river nearby.
the teaspoon was missing, it was only one though. it was a small oversight, but slightly inconvenient. this should be something they check before guests arrive. i had to stir my tea with a fork

easy access useful fridge nice touch
The location provided easy access to public transportation (I especially enjoyed the nearby Thames Clippers). The room included a fridge, very useful for keeping my drinks cold. I also liked the toiletries offered. It was a nice touch.
The window in the room was a bit difficult to close completely.
